Need to Replace Center Consoler Piece, Where?

Need to Replace Center Consoler Piece, Where? I would like to replace a piece on the center console around the Shifter in my 2010 Honda Civic LX Sedan. It's a square piece about 4" by 4" thats gotten a few scratches on it and it pops right off so i would like to replace it.
Any ideas on where i could go to replace this? i have researched websites online to no avail?

i pulled it out...but i dont know what its called...or any idea what it is lol anyone know? it has the numbers 119261 553668 PP-TF and has an R6 below that?

#13, if that is what you are after, is different depending on manual or automatic.
You need to pick out your own car and look it up yourself, since only you know what you have and want.
