Last week I went to This online Acura parts store we all know and love, and I ordered the base RSX **** since I'd heard such great things about it. Well i selected the base model, with the five speed transmision and found the part, ordered it and wrote a note in the spicified box that this was to be the FIVE SPEED ****....It came today and the bastards sent me the 6 speed. I am in no mood to hassle with it so I'm going to keep the damn thing till I can find an OEM **** I like better. Eh, only other civic owners would know i dont have a six speed anyway [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG]

Yeah.. they have the same part number for both the 6sp and 5sp ****. I put it on (6sp) and drove around for a while, but it just bugged me. Call them and tell them you received the 6sp instead of the 5sp and they will send out another **** and a UPS return label. I had my replacement within 3 days. They were cool about it! Another difference is that the 6sp **** has the titanium colored backstrap and the 5sp is solid black.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/IMG]

It does look nice as the 6 speed model has the silver color that matches the boot ring perfectly and the five speed is all black. This one looks much nicer. What the hell, I'll keep it. I'd never let ANYONE EVER drive my car but me anyway. So it's rice, so what? I and we are the only ones that will ever know!

I've always liked rice anyway...goes great with Cibic

Like those *****. Wish they had more weight though. For those of you wondering there is a good picture of one on my car in members' rides. Other pictures too on the website. I think you should go back and get the 5 spd though.

i wouldnt worry about rice for taht. you can see true riceism on teh net everywhere, ppl like me just doing stupis %&*# to their cars. you want rice you need a fatass body kit ans spoiler [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG]
