OEM Carbon Fiber hood

whats up.....was just wondering if i get a carbon fiber hood for my coupe, will i have to replace the grill as well since the top part of my grill will be gone when i take off the stock hood? sorry guys im new here.....

first off, if it's OEM how's it carbon fiber....LOL
and your gril has nuttin' to do with the hood...

if your talking about that lil plastic thing on the edge... it's nuthing special, it should still look flush...

thats what it is called dumy......OEM style Carbonfiber hood.......and yes i am talking about the upper trim....thats what i meant.....sorry bout the confusion......

depends on where you get the hood from. grey's hood (fiberimages) was created without the trim piece, but you cna fit the trim onto it, while my hood (Bodykits northwest) has the trim piece molded into it

My trim piece was frustrating to put on though. I would reccomend you get an OEM-style CF hood that is just one piece and doesn't require that trim piece to be put on. I had to cut, and sand, and grind, and drill and it sucked!
