UK made CR-V tail light?

UK made CR-V tail light?
Why can't I find a passenger side tail light for a 2006 CR-V that is UK made and not Japan made. The Japan made does not fit my CR-V and I've looked everywhere (besides the dealer). What is the deal on that?
