How can I take out and replace headlights on a 2002 EX?

How can I take out and replace headlights on a 2002 EX?
I got new projector lights for my car but I can't take out the old ones. I tried removing the grill but they're behind the bumper.
Do I have to take off the bumper? If so how do I do that, what's it held on by?

yeah bumper comes off, there are clips holding the upper grill molding to the car, a couple screws in the wheel well for the sides, and a bunch of clips on the bottom. then you yank the bumper off so it detatches from the clips. once off, there are four bolts holding the headlamp to the car.
