Hello guys,

I'm from Trinidad, recently bought a 2003 es5 honda civic which comes with the D16W7 engine. What can u suggest for performance mods for this engine?? Detailed info. would be appreciated
I would do a swap but K20's are hard to come by here and really really expensive. The car is auto. All i have so far is a K&N drop in filter and Denso Iridium plugs.

Brake, suspension upgrades ??
The car has KYB shocks but stock springs

I dont wanna go turbo either.

Don't waste your time trying to mod the engine. If you're really looking for more power, then turbo or swap is the way to go, but since you don't want to turbo the motor and since the K swap is hard to get, how about nitrous?

nitrous hmm i will have to see about that one.

will try to get some pics up by tomorrow.

i thinkin the best thing is to probably buy something a lil older like a ek3 hatch or ek4 sedan and start from there. parts for those models easier to get.'
i cud throw in a b18c or even h22a.. cuss i dont feel like doin a swap on the es5 since i jus got it!
