Rep Power: 0 New Carbon Hood !!
O.K. So this is the deal !!
I work at a fabrication shop that supports mostly everything I want to do with cars. I have already purchased a 2k1 Civic hood and have a new design scoop. As of right now, The hood is not ready for sale, but it will be with-in the next month!
What I need from everyone is a response to these questions!
1. How much would you spend on a Carbon Hood?
(Kaminari is about $800, stock design is about $400)
2. How many of you want a Carbon Hood?
3. Do you prefer a core, or fiberglass, for internal support?
(This does not refer to the Hood's framework. Most hood companys make a Fiberglass hood with 1 layer of carbon on top and bottom.)
If this goes well, and I hope it does, I will follow up with a Carbon trunk and Fenders!!
any questions e me at Dceptakon@hotmail.com

Rep Power: 0 That buddy club one with the two scoops is junk. Its almost all fiberglass. Order your hoods from fiberimages.com. Theres videos of them running over our actually hood with a car and them being undamaged. They also jump around on it and throw a rim at it heh.

Yeah I just saw the videos. Interesting, the only thing it couldn't take was a car driving over it. I doubt that cars would be driving over my CF hood, then again
