I did a quick search on Google and found this, not sure if I am on the money or not. Click Here

I also found this :

A range of side emitting fibre, similar to neon but with the advantages of flexibility and colour change. The fibre comes in various diameters from 9mm to 17mm with several lengths possible from one light driver. The fibre can be driven from one end up to 10 metres, or by double driving the illuminated length can be extended to 30 metres. Neoflex has many lighting applications including swimming pool perimeters, pathway and building outlines and signage.
