Homelink in the Vic

I was thinking of buying this Gentex Mirror

and here are the installation instructions, does this seem like something that could work in the vic smoothly

well it looks kinda hard to install..cuz the sensor for ur temperature might be a little to hooked up..but the rest looks simple

I like it and it does not look hard to install, just a little time consuming. Go slow and do it right you should not have any problems. My only concern is the price.

There are ways to do all of this without the expense or the labor that this involves...
I could have it all done in about 5 minutes and for under $20.00.
Mirror you already have one.
Auto dimming, use the little flapper thing under your mirror.
Digital compass, get a good gps it has much more than just a digital compass. You can pick one up for just over 100. If all you want is a digital compass, Walmart sells them in the ricer section for like $10.
Outside temp, this one is cheap and easy, just get one of those stick on fish tank thermometers and stick it on your windshield in the lower drivers side corner. Now you get the temp at a glance.
