I have what i thought was a LS transmission in my civic however i can't find the tag number anywhere on the internet. The tag number is s4c-1042251. I'm guessing it's not a ls tranny, because at 4000 rpms in 5 gear i'm only doing 72mph. So i was wondering if anyone knows what this transmission came out of? Thanks

well depending on what car you have it can be a B16 trany b/c i kno someone that has an Ls block with a B16 trany and he revs about that high when going 70.
