suspension mods needed to mount 16 inch rims on 01 civic?

Would i need to make any suspension mods to my 01 civic ex sedan to mount 16 or 17 inch wheels? Im trying to avoid rubbing. Also what size tires should i use with the bigger rims? Thanks.

i'd go with eibach sportlines and 205/50/16 tires

recommended sizes close to stock diameter:

205/55/16

215/55/16

205/45/17

215/45/17
