Mesh Lower Grill?

Hey everyone, my friend gave me a lower mesh grill that he got from someone and I want to put it on my car. Well, I don't know how to keep it on. I keep hearing to use some type of wire, but I don't know where and how to secure it onto the car. Can someone please help me out, Thanks!

If you don't have screw tabs, use mechanics wire or plastic wire ties. Otherwise should be same as this.
