Is $100 good for a spoiler?

I have a guy about 100 miles away parting out a Civic Si and will sell me the spoiler undamaged for $100 Canadian which is about $90 USD. Is this a good deal? I imagine it'll cost about $100 to have painted to match my car and I could probably install it myself. Should I do it?

Oh, and he's dumping the motor too, so any of you guys who want to cross the border into Alberta can have it for whatever he's selling it for. He wants to dump the whole car for $3000, it's got major front end damage, looks like it hit a wall pretty good.

They go for like 250-300 USD new, i'd say that's a decent deal, but not great.
