Rated-X cold air and short ram intakes?

Rated-X cold air and short ram intakes?
Anyone ever heard of the Rated-X intakes. A place called ImportZone (www.import-zone.net) had a CAI for the 01 civic on ebay and claimed a dynoed gain of 16.9HP. Does anyone have this intake? If not, anyone plan on buying one? I would really like to know if these power gains are realistic.

16.9 on our civics?..don't think so. + for the price their asking you can get a CAI on ebay.
i did
but you wont see an increase in HP on a civic wit just a intake
maybe a turbo eclipse or rsx type S
but not a civic
