It could also be considered a safety feature if you live in an area that gets fog often. If you can find the light itself, I'm pretty sure a body shop could put it in the bumper for you. You'll probably have to do the wiring yourself.

The light is used for what it's called: a rear fog light.

It's brighter than taillights and should be used in the fog so that people know you're there before getting too close.

iono i think its like what side the drivers side is thats where you place it. correct me if im wrong.lemme know cuz i would like to know. cuz in his pics i believe his steering wheel is on the left side but hes from belgium so iono
