<< I wanted to get one of those (from optauto) but apparently it only fits on the 4-door.....oh, well. >>
Dude I in no way want to diss you, but that makes no sense. There the exact same grill, so it shold fit! $88 is pretty sweet, but still seems overpriced considering what the cost must be to make one of those.

Those are not JDM RS grills. The JDM RS Grills have hard metal mesh on it instead of the chicken wire or metal wire. They have a crossmember across it. They are OEM grills painted to match the color of the car. They look kinda like the 99-00 Civic Si coupe grills in the US. They come stock on RS Sedans in Japan and other areas of the world except US. Heres a pic, compare it with

I personally don't like the RS grill. I ordred an altezza style grill, that is similar to the SI grill. But, I am prolly going to have to replace or paint the mesh. I wanted it to be silver and it is black.

I am planning to get the Color Matched Hood Molding from HandA-Accessories.com. I also think it would look better that way.
The grill is just one big piece of plastic. The grill part does not come out. I got the silver one, so it's black in the center and silver on the bottom. It's already painted. I'm guessing it's an actual Honda of Japan part. (I got it from Options Auto Salon.) When they say they have it in black, silver and white, I think they are just referring to the bottom portion of the grill. If you get the grill from Options, make sure you get 5 push nuts from the Honda dealer to attach the "H" (2 push nuts) and the "RS" (3 push nuts).
I also don't see the point of putting an "RS" on an "EX" but the grill has a holder for the "RS" and it would look silly to leave it empty. I didn't realize that was the case when I ordered it.

An "RS" on an "EX" does appear silly, but if you're planning on shaving all of the emblems and replacing them with your own designs as I am, it really shouldn't make a difference. . .
The RS grille sure does look nice, though. If anyone's made a custom grille for their car, can they post up a DIY for the rest of us? Either way, I'm gonna find a way to make one myself. The big bar in the middle is most likely hollow on the inside, though, so it looks like I won't be chopping that off.
