something like the new BMW 5-series' headlight

nope, haven't seen anyone making those for our car, don't get your hopes up though, coz that's an euro thing, and not too many euro aftermarket companies make anything for hondas...

they have that at www.RSversion.com. theyre listed as the more expensive ones out of 6 styles for our car. instead of halo they call it a rim. for example: 2001 civic projector headlights, clear/chrome WITH RIM. correct me if im wrong, im not sure if rim and halo are the same on these. check it out.

you can basically make the tyc headlights look like angel eyes, the deflector of the high beam as a hole where you cna put strobes and whatever u want in it

ASIANPRIDE...i hate to burst your bubble...but the picture of the projectors you posted dont have angel eyes. I have those exact ones, and its just the basic projector. Just thought i should let you know before you go out and spend $300 on something that you dont want

ASIANPRIDE...sorry dude to doubt you like that...i guess i just thought that it was too good to be true thats all...im going straight to my auto shop, and tellin them to order me some on Monday. Do you guys think that it would only really look good with HID though? Cause i dont want to have to fork out an extra 600+ for that.

Does anyone know exactly how these work? I dont get how the rim lights up. Is there a light behind it or is it the reflection off of the low beam, or what? Just curious, thanks.

Well the rim is on the high beam...and well there is no rim on the low beam...which i think is ok....cuz it is kinda point less.....I guess cuz it will be to hard to see....and well the rim is not on the part with the ion blue glass part.....and I am not to sure...how it works but here is a link....I think that they work kind of like our climate controls....one light that lights up the whole piece of plastic...and well the plastic caries light very well....here have a look

LINKAGE

BTW: cro2k2....did you say you baught a pair of the angel eyes..??? How much for 2 of them...well one set....in US and well Canadian....???

Ok this is what I know so far. First off the lights were listed incorrectly on the web page. I just got off the phone for 30min with them and got mine at the losted price of $268 instead of the new price. Looks like I saved about a hundred bucks. Also the lights take a High Beam of H1 and a Low Beam of H3. The rim itself does not take a bulb for operation but will light up on its own. He couldent tell me if it was the reflection or if it was like an acessory light. Mine should be in on Wed so Ill let you all know what the verdict is.....

Lata

BTW here is the new link to the corrected lights Likified

After further questioning I learned that the ring is lit by a super bright hyper white LED that produces a slight blue tint, I assume like the Extreme White PIAA's. I am anxious to see how they come out. Ill post a follow up and pics..... Lata
