Rep Power: 0 Here's a DIY for that....
1) Get a cup of coffee from Starbucks, preferably medium double/double
2) Drink the coffee inside the cup
3) Leave the cup in the cupholder
4) Open the lid and.......voila!!! That's what I use.... and it's disposable
just kidding guys!!!

Rep Power: 0 Oh, I have done that so many times. I have had cups that last for weeks. I just though it would be cool to take up those 2 empty spots since I don't have foglights...yet...hey, do you know what goes in the other spot next the foglight switch?

Thats odd, because I drink a lot. I'll be getting those stickers soon.
Oh yeah, about the ashtray thing, I just use the sunroof or the window. I'm trying to keep the car smoke free, but damn its hard.

It's just makes me feel like a king to be cruising on the interstate smoking and ashing in my tray. Plus, the cops around here will give you a ticket for littering if they see you toss the butt out the window. It's nice in the rain to and I don't want vent guards.

Rep Power: 0 I like at least having the ashtray in my car for when people smoke in the back seat. Then you don't have ashes flying around or landing in your car burning holes

as far as i know, its a spare slot. the 2k1's only had one, they added the second one in the 2k2s. its useful if you want to try to wire something to a switch, you can use an oem fog light switch
