This might be a dumb question but can you just get the lip painted or does the whole car have to be painted too.

Theres no such thing as a dumb question only dumb people. If you have a black car or as I have NBHP it really isint noticeable if you dont have you lip painted. I have the Type-B lip and it looks great

Depends what your dropped on...
But i believe 2" is pretty low for the lip you would have to drive real carefully in order not to scrape it..
Im dropped about 1.5" all around and i still scrape mine but thats only when i drive like crazy.

Ya if I buy a lip kit I'd probably get rims anyway to raise it up a bit bc I think it will make the car look tiny with 15's and a lip kit. I'm on maxspeed springs estimated 1.3 inch drop but its lower than that probably more like 1.75. I just fit 2 fingers from the tire to wheel well.

I have 15"s 195 55 15 on my car now with 2inch drop in the back and 2.5inch in the front with a wingswest g5 lip kit and it rubs alot... Depends on how you drive also I go up and down deep driveways sideways and it touches just a little.... What lip kit are you planning on getting?
