Hey guys i bought the headlights from them already and just finished installing it, so count me out on the group buy. My brother owed me some cash, so I told him to buy the headlights and I'll call it even. However, keep in mind that the headlights have a city light socket on the low beam reflector, so purchase the sidemarker socket (make sure it's the ones for the EK and preludes) and harness also from them or you'll have a hole in the low beam; it's about another $25 bucks or so. I also noticed that it is also an RHD(right hand drive) beam pattern, meaning that rather than having a cutoff on the left side to prevent blinding oncoming traffic, it is on the opposite side(so you will be blinding oncoming traffic)...so you'll have to aim your headlights accordingly. Took me a while to aim them. I also noticed that the new headlights have an adjustment for left and right along with up and down, whereas the stock USDM only had up and down. No matter how much I adjusted them to go right they still seem to point left because of the RHD beam pattern. I'll let you guys know if I can adjust them more to the right later beacuse I still need to do more headlight aiming. Looks awesome though!
oh yeah one more thing, your turn signal socket will not fit, it's too small. you'll have to enlarge it a bit by using a cutting tool. You'll also need to find a way to make it stay in there. I used a rubber socket adapter I found lying around and some duct tape.

Explaining Rhd And Lhd Beam Patterns
People who drive on the right side of the road (USA) have headlights with a beam pattern similar to the picture below.

Notice how the light curves upward toward the right?
That's so it'll illuminate street signs (such as STOP signs) and to provide better visibility towards the sidewalks (pedestrians).
The left sides of each headlight stay lower so it won't blind oncoming traffic.
In countries where people drive on the left side of the road (JAPAN), the beam pattern is the opposite so the light curves upward toward the left because the street signs and sidewalks are on the left now.
So if you used JDM headlights in the USA, all you would be doing is decreasing visibility of street signs / sidewalks (a big no no) and blinding oncoming traffic (a bigger no no).
This is why you do not want to use JDM headlights in the USA no matter how cool you think they will be.
If you could find these headlights sold by Honda in a country where cars are driven on the right, then it would be completely worth it to get them.
For example, CTR HID headlights for an SI from Europe is good for the USA, but CTR HID headlights for an SI from Japan is no good in the USA.

See now this is nice!! Look how he painted the inner part by the lights alittle too. That shat looks way better, than the viper diy. I think i may try this way also instead of just painting the bezel!! Nice lights!!!

civicxyza is freaking **** about that **** but i do have admit that it turned out better...but he did spend like a shitload of time masking off...
robear racing used to have a set of DEPO black housed 04-05 headlights .. I remember paying $225 for mine shipped, and they've held up awesome. I didn't want to crack open my OEM lights, so it worked out great.

Here is a link and a pic of them on and off of the car. By the way. THEY ARE OEM JDM HONDA PARTS, THEY SAY HONDA ON THE LIGHT, COME IN A PLASTIC BAG THAT IS SEALED AND SAIS HONDA AND ARE IN A BOX THAT SAIS HONDA. THEY ARE ALSO MARKED STANLEY.
