ebay aluminum dash kit sucks!
i bought this 28 piece aluminum dash kit off ebay for $129. it came in today, within a half hour, i was standing in line at USPS to return it. Text.
it was crappy. first of all- they sent me a kit with a bunch of sedan pieces in it, which was okay- because i still had all the coupe parts. but then-- i realized that the shift console trim was for an automatic [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG]. on top of it all- it looked cheap the aluminum was glazed with a thick clear flexible rubber, it was too shinny. some of the machine-cut peices were poorly cut, and some were permantently wrinkly, wavy, etc. you know what i hate? i hate it when i pay $9 for this to be shipped UPS (which took more than a week)....then i pay only $5 USPS to have it shipped in 3 days. these ebay-ers are all out to rip you off on shipping!

I got something for my girlfriend (a prada purse) see we live in oklahoma and dont get cool stuff like that .... its all wranglers and goat ropers which I cant say I didnt used to be one but anyway.... It was fake so I wrote the girl a dirty email telling her I was sending it back but not until I got my money back first plus a refund for the shipping it back to her.... so thats what you should do

Rep Power: 0 Hate to say it..but I told you so! Maybe not you guys, but I'm sure I've posted this in other threads. These ALuminum dash kits...you guys need to make sure its REAL BRUSHED ALUMINUM before you buy. Most of these kits are fake silver crap topped with an EPOXY coating. They also tend to crack under heat. Just letting ya know [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG]
