5 Lug Conversion

Hey Everyone, I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on these 4/5 Lug Conversion I had just purchased brand new wheels on my old car which has now died not even a month after i bought the new wheels. I wanted to know if this conversion kit would be all I needed to make the 5 lug wheels fit on my 2k1 civic. Has anyone used these before? Is it worth it? Is it safe? Any feedback will be appreciated

Thanks

DO NOT BUY FROM AIM !!!! They will tear you a new one. I have some friend is MiniTruckin and they all say they rip people off. Sending the wrong parts, the quality is cheap, or it takes forever for them to send it.
