Has anyone bought anything from this website before. I bought the OEM foglight kit from them for a 2002 civic coupe. I recieved a kit for a 2001 4 door. The kit doesn't fit my car. I have tried contacting them by phone and by e-mail for over 2 weeks now with now luck. Anyone have a similar unsatisfied experience with these people?

yeah, same thing. nothing but good. What doesn't fit on your coupe? the only difference between 4-door and 2-door is that the 4-door comes with an extra harness. Someone did say that the switch might be a different size as well.

On the web site it lets you pick 2002 and even on the invoice it's says 2002 but the part number on the box and invoice is for a 2001. I asked a local dealer and they said it's the wrong kit. The switch doesn't fit. It's too big. Plus iy probably lights up thwe worng color. The 2002 civic has red lighting. I know the 2001 4 door has a green/blue color assuming the same for the coupe. I believe the wiring is a little different too. I was told that if i hook this kit up that my cruise control won't work anymore.
i ordered the OEM spoiler from them.... got here faster then i thought and it looks better than i imagined.
i give HandA a
but i know what you are saying... I emailed them receintly about a foglight switch kit and haven't gotten a response.

I said this once before in another obscure thread, but HandA is just the parts department of Carmichael Honda in Citrius Heights California (suburb of Sacramento).
So anyone in the area, you can order stuff off the web, and just tell them you want to pick it up "will-call". I even went down there and just wanted some touchup paint, asked for the HandA price, and they gave it to me. Everyone there was totally nice.
Try calling the dealership and asking for the parts department, and try to work the error out with them.
Also, my first order from them was for a trunk tray, they sent me one for an Accord... I told them of the mistake, they sent me a UPS shipping label, I sent it back to them, and I got the civic one like next day.
They are there to please.
Good luck!

I ordered oil filters and all season floor mats and the order came in on time and everything. Then I ordered a whole bunch of little things and those came in on time as well. Again, nothing but good. Must have bean a misunderstanding. Let them know of the mixup and they should send a UPS guy to pick up the wrong item free of charge.
I've heard nothing but good things too. I think you just had a case of bad luck. Your order was probably the only one they had messed up in a while. But from the responses, it seems like they are more than accomodating when it comes to exchanges...
Grey has a good point...whenever you manage to get ahold of them, they will take care of you... Too bad they can't make up for the lost time and frustration, though! All in all, I gotta say they are good folks there, though...I have had nothing but good luck dealing with them
