carbon fiber piece????

i dont even know the name of it. its the piece that i see under some of these front bumpers to keep from scuff marks or something, anyone know where to find one and how much they cost?? thanks

what are you talking about? you threw me off when you said "to keep from scuff marks" Are you talking about the oem carbon fiber lip?
