He said he used LED lights..... but had to use resistors.... and other hard stuff

yup, used hyper led's. they're extra bright. you have to do some fancy wiring with resistors and stuff. not too hard any more, just time consuming. really have to have an electrical background though. cost about 25 bucks, i guess.
