This is a prototype for DX gauge face overlays without the auto shift bar in the middle. It took alot of time to get it perfect size, but all the numbers line up. i just need to somehow test it on a cluster lit up to make sure.
I will soon have overlay face for the automatic 01-02 LX/EX cluster with or without the shifter bar.
Here is an actual copy on transparent paper. still needs to be cut and fitted.

oh just wait til the indiglo gauges come out! I have three colors for the DX. original glo (white off, blue on), red glo (red off, red on), and white glo (pink off, white on).
I hope I offend you... Get mad

That is rep worthy. Are you going to sell them to members on the site. I dont have an auto but im sure there are a lot of people on the site or elsewhere that are looking for a simple upgrade like this.

well those are very hard to come by unfortunately. it can be lx too doesn't matter but the important part is auto/manual for the rpm.
here are the red ones i did.. they are much redder in person.

if you come up with something black to replace the beige/grey/silver looking gauge of my MT 02 LX coupe, i will be the first customer, i hate the color they are especially with the blue led's i put behind them EWW! lol

the junkyards only have auto clusters...hmm makes you wonder. and the black face was only available on the 01 sedan. and the stock lighting is green/yellow. so i gotta rip it apart and redo the backlight.

$25 shipped. I do. And you can be the tester since I've never fitted it. I know the numbers light up and match the stock positions but dont know how it will look. If it doesn't work well, I will refund $20 back to you. send me a pm and we can talk. Also the gauge will need to be cut and fitted. you need to cut the odometer and needle holes and also the black parts so that you only replace the gauge. and needles need to come off.

snap off the top plastic piece (it clips on), pull off needles, pull off gauge faces, and then there is just a plastic base and circuitboard. lots of room to stick in leds and other stuff.
