Does the OEM 2k1-2k1 civic tailwing [spoiler or w.e] say honda underneath it or civic? I don't have a wing, and do you guys like your wing? Or is it a bad factor for racing purposes due to more weight, or is it light in weight? Thanks in advance for all that reply. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG]

Ir says "CIVIC" on the bottom of the wing, right in the middle. I have no idea if the wing actually does anything. I know not much air goes under it because the underside will stay wet for a long time when driving after washing the car. That suggests to me that air is diverted over the wing, adding some down force pressure, but that's just my theory. The entire wing assembly with wiring harness weighs maybe 10 pounds max.

The best thing about buing OEM body kit stuff is that it comes already with a nice color matched paint job. If you like wings or spoilers I think this one is the most tasteful and finisheds off the car very nicely. Along with the OEM body kit the car looks nice but not gaudy or ricey. That's IMHO as I like to drive a nice clean car, that's not too showy.

mine says civic and i got it from handa-accessories.com, my girlfriends brother noticed that it said it a few weeks ago, i never saw/noticed it before that, and i installed the thing myself[IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]

How was the install? I'm getting this one with no instructions. You probably got your kit with all the tools and bolts, luckily I work at a hardware store, so getting the stuff wont be a problem. Quik question though, how many bolts/nuts did you use to hold it firmly in place? Assuming thats how you did it, after drilling [ ] the hole(s).. ooooooo $h*t just realized I'm gonna have to make HOLES noooooooo!!!


o well.. anyone wanna buy a black wing? hehe I got mine for 160 what do you think? or
Just hope the wing was worth it.. if anything I will sell it, How much do you think I can get for it?
