Type B front lip

I have been reading a lot of threads and I have seen some cars with a Type B front lip. I think it pretty nice, but I can't seem to find anything on the internet about this front lip. Can someone tell me who makes them?

For the love of god....NO!!!!!! do not order anything from this shitty company! Customer service is non-existant. I've tried calling them 15 times, emailed 20 or 30 times about my seibon carbon hood... NOTHING! No tracking number, no response, and they still have my credit information. Stay away from them or you will regret it...
