Ive heard from a couple people not to bother with the vertical door kits you see on ebay for around $350-$400. They said its like buying a jenson CD player, and if youre going to do it, go with a real kit from Vertical Doors. Can anyone verify this to be true? Id love to do the kit but if those ones arent worth it, its hard to cough up a grand for the good stuff. Thanks!

Ive heard the same.. some people do like the Redrum customs kit, but others do not.. its all about how u install and the strenght of the shock it comes with.. my friend is selling his vertical doors inc kit if ur interested.. only used for a couple months.. pm onesiksivik02 REp me!

ive hurd they will work for couple months. after that they wont stay up. they will fall down and hit your head or something. maybe even your whole door falling off your car. you could always upgrade your shocks and stuff i think...to a stronger one.

if you have the cheap kits. if u have the verticaldoors.com kit or decah the doors wont fall off. i had the verticaldoors kit and never one problem. as they say quality doesnt come cheap. its more expensive but cheaper in the long run.

^^^ yea exactly...i guess i didnt make myself clear. haha...cheap ebay ones suck. buy the expensive ones from verticledoors.com or decah doors.
