Exact sizes for interior neons??

I know a lot of people have put neons inside their cars, and I am just wondering what sizes work best for:

Under the front seats
In the center vent
In the side vents
By the pedals
and any other place people have put them.

I am really interested in this has my next mod and I want to know what sizes i should get. Thanks

under your seats a 10" or 12" tube will suffice, but if you want it to be extra birght double up under each seat.

for the center vent, i took a 8" neon and removed it from it's protective casing to make it fit. the protective casing does nothing more than protect it from shattering from impact. in the vetns nothingis gonna hit it, so there is no worry of damaging the neon tube.

ok 6" or 10" or 12"s

I'd get the biggest thing that fits... but I'd hate to buy a 10 or 12 and it only has room for a 6

what's the biggest one that you have actually put under the seat yourself. or know of the size personally. I don't want to hear about "well my frient's aunt peggy sue said that she saw someone...."

both toastyghosty and i have the same set-up.. single 10" neon tube under each seat. if you take a look for yourself, it's quite obvious how much space you have underneath the seat. also.. the simplest way to mount the ones under the seat is to use cable ties. simply strap them up to whatever you feel like strapping it to underneath.

I placed a single 10" red neon under each of the front two seats. Obviously the further back you place them, the "lower" they'll light up above the floor. Mine are a little further back than I would have liked, but it still lights up very well, to about halfway up the dash.

I secured them by screwing each in to the floor. They are under the seat, though. About to buy another 10" and put it on the ceiling. A friend of mine did it with green and it lights up the whole cab, looks good.
