does anyone know about Otto Exhaust? is it a good brand? someone wants to sell me a brand new one for 30 bucks. not sure what model it is. but if you know anything about Otto just leave a comment

I have never heard of the brand, however, what type of exhaust is it. Is it a catback, muffler, or something else?
