Rep Power: 0 NO I DON'T THINK IT IS SLOWER THAN ANY OTHER CIVIC. I HAVE NOT LOST TO A 2001 W/O MODS YET. I JUST WANT THAT PUNCH OFF THE LINE. TOP SPEED DOES NOT MATTER MUCH, BESIDES 100-110MPH IS NO PROBLEM NOW. AND WHO NEEDS TO GO FASTER THAN THAT. WITH THE COPS AROUND HERE, NOT ME.

Rep Power: 0 I flew into Greensboro once. We went to the Goodyear wire plant at Asheboro.
I think the best thing to help you off the line would be if you can get more initial advance on the timing. This may require one of those piggyback computer mod things. But I am not sure which one will do that.
Another thing that helps some is to adjust your throttle cable so there is no lag when you push on the gas. There is a DIY here on that.
