HVS/grounding kits post up
If u have an HVS system and or upgraded grounds post up!
I wanna know what type of HVS system u have, where u got it, and 4 how much? Did you notice anytype of gains (mpg, better starting, brighter lights, etc.?)
Thanks

no i am debating it right now. i have an over the top ground kit with about 9 points but its very clean no dangling wires and i used clear 4awg. I noticed my car started with less stress and my sound system running at over 1000w rms with no cap and stock battery doesnt cause my lights to dim. So its well worth doing if you have 20 bux and 2 hours you dont know what to do with.

BTW: i think gas is going up, i think i was told .40 per gallon.
UPDATE: I just ordered my ground kit from hardcoretuning.com which came out to $33 with shipping :-). I coulda just went to my friends shop and spent like $15 but I would have to wait until the owner wasnt there so I just ordered it now. They come precut w/ the ring terminals and there should b no play in the wires. The color is Smoke and it comes w/ pic instructions 4 the 01+ Ex :-). I know the instructions r not necessary but it's kinda nice that I dont have to look around 4 each ground pt...
Yeah. Gas is going up on the 1st from what I hear. I've had my HVS for 18 months and the big gains you'll see are in your electrical system. Radio blaring, fan on high, lights on, and I'm still accelerating as if all those systems were turned off. The headlights get a little brighter but the plus is that they won't dim on you. No real gas mileage gains but then again I am already driving an HX with the CVT transmission so 35-36 mpg city can't be improved very much.

replaced factory grounds with 4 ga and routed separately to battery
noticed 2mpg better maybe, faster acceleration from a stop.

$160? bought at some store locally
didnt pay attention, but i guess my lights were brighter and didnt count my mpg at the time. but im getting 400 a tank average with the hvs + grounding, catless pipe, and semi spirited driving (80% city/20% highway)
