I have a vic that didn't come with an OEM spoiler, it has the 3rd brake light on the rear deck (duh). I am getting an OEM spoiler w/ LED and I was wondering if you still use the one on the deck, or just wire the spoiler to the bulb going into it and totally just forget about the deck light. I don't think I would use both, please let me know, Thanks.

its up to you, if u want to use all four then tap the LED from the spoiler to the 3rd brake light.

Don't I have to splice the wires that come with the spoiler into the deck brake light

Can't believe I just came on here looking for the exact same info. I think I will ditch the brake light in the window..just solder the spoiler wires to the brake light wires

yeah, I think that's what I'm going to do. But Soldering is to much work for me, I'll just do the old fashioned pigtail. I was worried about how the 3rd light on the deck would look not working, but with my 5% tint you can't even see it, hopefully everything works out.
