Rep Power: 0 I am beginning to hate the peple that hate AT Grills. Yes, I bought a grill from them Sunday on Ebay and we have had great communication. See, this is a great product. They might not have the best service but they are great people. Everybody makes mistakes. And everythings cool but I just hate people that talk down on peolple. THEY ARE NOT GOING TO RIP YOU OFF!!!

I am now the only partner left in ATgrills, I bought out the rest of the people involved, so I will make sure everything will go well from now on..

Rep Power: 0 Oh Yeah, There on the ball now. After 30 days I finally got a tracking # that works. Says my grill was shipped 1/29/02 by canada post. Even though I was told It would go UPS since the first one was supposedly lost by canada post. Hopefully I will get it in time for NOPI nationals in atlanta. IT better hurry, Only 8 short months away! As far as ATGRILLS ripping people off I personally think they had some major internal problems and forgot what customer service is and who keeps their business going. It wasnt that they werent nice people. They were very polite about taking forever to reply to emails and basically doing nothing for a month. But if I wanted politeness I could get it for a lot less than the money I spent on that grill. Bottom Line, I think they make a great product and Thats why I bought it. I hope they have everything sorted out so no one else has to deal with their crap anymore. Best of luck to them in the future.

Rep Power: 0 dont get them....you're going to have to take the front bumper off but no drilling. might as well do a diy. buy some chicken wire at the hardware store and save yourself 60bucks. trust me. it looks good when its on, but i wish i diy that.

Rep Power: 0 I bought one, it took a month to get it, but never the less it's here. I haven't had time to put it in yet, but it looks good. I would recemend them, you just have to wait.

Rep Power: 0 They said that I should get my grill in Monday but I doubt it. I should receive my grill around Tuesday or thursday. I have also had great communication with them.
