What it is...

#10 looks like a Water Bottle
#11 looks like the holder for the water bottle for putting on a bike

Not sure if it was one of those misprints that tend to end up in manuals that get printed with runs of other manuals. Got a text book once in high school that had the wrong pages in it from 200 to 250, from some other text book and they were upside down to boot.

its probably a flat fixer can...that crap you put in your tire if you get a flat....

dont know. i didnt have that in my trunk when i got my car new in 2001. i also didnt have a reflective triangle or a screwdriver.
