How could i make my clutch shorter/snappier?
Like i would think there would be a kit that would just change the pivot point like short shifters do, so like instead of long and soft n mushy it would be short and snappy.
one of my friends told me that a couple of his friends cut the clutch cable and shortened the clutch throw that way, but yea that doesnt sound like a good idea to me....
also, has anyone tried putting like a bumper underneath the clutch?
cause the stock shift point is definately before you hit the floor
but ya lets hear some ideas

i mean, you can do 2 things. A. Get an exedy stage 1 clutch which is awsome and is not that expensive.
B. Find a way to get a bigger CMC and Slave. Omni is doing right now for Race use for ITR guys.

Well, to summarize a bit, the 7th gen has a hydraulic clutch. That means you push a pedal, it pushes on a cylinder, forces hydraulic fluid to the slave cylinder and actuates the clutch.
The reason it does not have a stop is because the cluth release point can change, so pushing it further increases the available amount, rather than just being enough.
Now, you can do some things to increase the efficiency of your clutch. It uses brake fluid, so change to ATE super blue. Remove the rubber line and replace it with a stainless line.

like this is pretty much exactly what i was lookin for, it seems it works off the same concept as a short shifter, just changing the location of the fulcrum so its just going to more force but it should be shorter.
cept ive yet to see any reviews of this product anywhere lol so i still dont know how well it actually works, and i dont want to buy a new clutch yet cause my cars only got like 6k miles on it....

Ok, A. Its an Arospeed product that is for performance so Im not 100% sure on that! B. You may not have 100% clutch disengagement and not know it so then you will burn through your original clutch very fast and not know it.
