Best Springs

Which Springs have the Stiffest firmest ride and low drop.. Neuspeed Race?.. Eibach Sportlines.. My System weighs damn near too much for lowering springs to porperly support without getting too low. And I don't want to give up performance either... Any ideas/help

Well, I've got GC's with a set of Koni's. And with my Q logic box, both IDQ subs, and all the custom MDF I've put in my trunk(mounts outside the Qlogic box), plus the amps and cap, I'd say my system weighs in at well over 200 lbs. And I'm not finished yet. But, I've got my GC's set pretty low currently ,no fender gap in any corner, and it rides great.

Consider the Ground Controls. Adjustable height to compensate for your system and eibach springs for performance.

Cool.. problem is though I live in Montreal where the salt the roads to hell in the winter.. so Goilovers can't be done.. the Aluminum frames oxidize then the threds lock into place.. eventually decompose and the threads break.. . I'm Hoping Eibach Sportlines or Neuspeed Race spring can hold up.. and 0100010 My trunk install weighs well over 450lbs. with...just the enclosure weighs 235 with the subs in it..

Cheers

Ouch, over 450lbs? So with you in the car, then you've only got room for about another 150-200lbs then(800lb carry limit on a civic). I guess you only ever take yourself, or maybe one other person?

Let me see if I was correct on my weight estimation.

Sub Box - 80lbs
Subs - 30lbs each(60lbs total)
Amps - 30lbs(1 zapco and 1 RF)
MDF(3- 2'X4' sheets) - 80 lbs
cap - 2lbs?

So yeah, right around 200+ pounds for mine. Not too bad. I can't imagine cruising with a 450lb+ system. But, its all good, I'm sure your system rocks.

As far as the no coil over thing, then as long as you go with Eibach springs, you should be good to go. Pro-Kit or Sportlines. Eibach is the best.
