RS grille emblem

Just wondering does anyone know if you can remove the red RS badge from this grille? It's the one off e-bay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...965437472&rd=1

and how easy is it to paint the bottom lip of it?

Thanks

I have the same grille, the badge is easy, but your left with a blacked out area in the shape of an RS. Your gonna be stuck with it, I'm in the process of sanding it down, to get it painted NHBP

answer #1: No, the rs is not able to be removed, If you do... you will have a black RS as opposed to having the red lettering....

answer #2: Just be very patient(sp?) with taping and you should not have a hard time painting the rim.

My hopefuly helpful .02: If you want the honda symbole and no RS the easiest way to obtain this look is to get the type r grill on ebay and take your OEM front embelem off the factory grill and just glue/silicone/rubber cement the factory embelem on... I have pics of mine, just not online right now... lol If I get home fairly early tomarow Ill post pics for you if you would like!
