I won an auction with them off ebay, getting the altezza grill, but they have like alot of negatives but more positives, its soo weird, so just wondering if anyone has any experience with them? good or bad, i would like to hear them. I can tell they are bad with e-mailing ppl back as i have tried over and over to contact them before i won the bid, but i decided just to use buy it now anyways and see then would they answer

I have ordered one thing from them and it did take a while to get the email reply but i had no other problems with them the merchindise was in good order and it arrived when it was supposed to so i wouldnt worry

I just recently bought a altezza grill from them too. They replyed quite fast and the item came in within about two weeks through UPS. I live in Canada too, so I highly recommend them.

hey allmotor, what e-mail did you address to them? As well did you have to pay extra after recieving your item, usually ups has some charge.

fine... i'll tell you , its 44.99 US and 18 for shipping, but i'm getting mines off ebay so that if they dont' give me my product at least i can get ebay to go after them, you could get it off their site, but then i'm not sure what i can use against them to make sure they give me my product... just check www.procarparts.com

procar parts suck *** i bought a strut bar one it didnt fit after the whole situation they would not respod to my emails for like 12 days they had me pay through pay pal so they could send it out immediatly nope didnt happen after they took the $$$$ out of my account they wouldnt tell me anything said they were waiting for it to clear then it took them forever to send things out never do business with them they wont respond to you at all i finally had to call their manager to try and get my strut bar DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

ditto 2cute. They send me the wrong f u c k i n g one and so I had to send it back. I have been on the phone several times with them (running up my phone bill of which I am keeping tabs) and the are going to pay me every red cent that I deserve from them. I will probably never deal with them even again.

Wow, I see many people have had a problem with them. I ordered a product off there web site and emailed them through there email address. They shipped quite fast considering it was christmas holidays and it was shipped using UPS so you can track the item. Took about a week and a half through UPS tracking, but normally takes about a week. I still think there ok, just be a little patient.

YEAH SEE GUYS! its so weird, either you have a wicked experience or the crappiest one ever!! I think it may depend on like who's working each day maybe? maybe some dude sucks and thats why they screw things up.... well so far starting to get mini screwed but they do return e-mails only when they are asking for their money, otherwise they don't answer any questions before hand... in their auction they said they take paypal or credit card, but now all of a sudden they don't take canadian paypal accounts or credit cards, well hmm i think that should be stated in the auction since the even the shipping price is already metioned... well hopefully when they get my money order, i'll get my grill, i'll update, its pretty nervousing working with these people, they need to organize better

There intakes for our cars are not right I had to cut it and the reducer(blue boot thing)is not right to big. Thanx procar car parts. I wanted to send it back but cause it fit wrong my hood scuffed the top and they would not take it big I had to work on it to fit. But the pipe is bigger than most intakes it looks that way to me. But oh well live and learn.
