these guys are not suave businessmen, let me tell you the entire story first:
my friend robbiewilso ordered an obx header for me from them nov. 24, supposedly instock, ship next day. they wrote me and said it would be 3 weeks, i said fine, then it was soon after xmas and had gotten no header. eventually after 12 weeks, i asked for a refund, then they sent me a payment for my refund through paypal. well as we all know paypal charges fees when someone pays you, so i got charged $4 for my refund. So I emailed them and asked for the balance and instead of being forthcoming (and apologetic) they blamed ME for waiting too long to ask for a refund! they were ruder and ruder and now seem to be ignoring my emails. they also said they didn't care if i left them negative feedback, since their feedback is so high... definitely someone i would NOT recommend you buy your upgrade parts from. tuningdepot and tuningdepot.com- not the stand-up guys you want to deal with.

thanks for the heads up but at least they actually answered your e-mail and sent you a refund. It's alot worse when they decide to just keep your money and not send or say anything.

I have bought stuff form them and never had any problem... not standing up for them or anything, just saying is all...that sux man I will be more weary of them in the future.
