i was wondering would a sedan headlight fit into a coupe and vice versa?

The light itself would fit, but the bulbs have a different locking pattern. The sedan has I think 4 openings, where as the coupe has only 2 openings, or vice versa.

^^^ exactly... the headlight will fit but the sockets for the coupe and sedan are different.

i ended up buying the sedan headlamp from gearbox for my civic coupe. light bulb socket will not be a factor for me since im cutting a bigger hole in the headlights anywayz. im putting in projectors for my car. i needed headlights other than my original stock headlights. As long as it fits in my car.
