Is there any aftermarket companies that offer the Honda underbody kit, or something similar, already painted??

by underbody kit do you mean bodykit? if so look in my sig for most of them.

if you mean underbody neon then check streetglow.

i think the only bodykit that come painted are OEM and OEM Aero kit but i think u can go to a paint shjop with ur color code and they can match ur car pretty well

which ones use the oem mounting holes, like ones that require no molding and they just fit right on in place of the old bumpers/sideskirts. ?

^OEM Lip kit. and most aftermarket lip kits such as: type-r style, type-b style, rs, etc.

only kit available for sale that comes painted to match your factory color are the OEM lip kits and the OEM Aero Kit which can be purchased by Honda or vendors/sites that carry OEM Honda parts. www.dezod.com sells OE parts check around and search, you'll find the better price eventually.
