anyways I just got my tints 20% all around....I know I'm not suppose to roll down my windows for about 4 days according to what the guy said...what else can I NOT do and for how long? for example defrosters....thx in advance

well weather is like not THAT cold here....during the day it is in the mid to high 70's and I'm parking it in the sun for the whole day, as much as possible...so how many days do you reccomend?

depending on your local laws another no-no would be driving past a five o with your windows rolled up! Around here we gotta roll our windows down when we pass a five o otherwise its a 200 dollar fine!

Well, my tints are illegal....not allowed to have ANYTHING on the front...ticket is I believe about 15 bux? its a Fix it ticket...and then 5 bux a window so like a lets just round way up and say 50 dollars for the ticket....then I gotta get tints removed and I also gotta pay to get them put back on so another 75...so if I get pulled over its another 125ish to get it fixed....for now im trying to take the freeway and streets where a cop won't bust me...I normally drive with windows down so I'm ok for later just these few days...

if your worried about tickets and hassle, borrow your families car or drive another car to get to places. think about if its worth risking a $200 ticket because you want to go to the better chinese food place..

when i got mine done, shop keeper said 3-5 days, but i went ahead and waited 1 week to play it safe. also mentioned if theirs morning dew on the windows, wipe it immediately.

i'd give them atleast a week and don't clean them with ammonia based cleaners cause they can ruin the tint. that just a tip i learned from being a janitor.

what if der is frost on the windows in the morning cuz its cold....does it matter if I clean it? I know I shouldn't turn on the defrosters but do I have to wipe down the frost or just leave it cuz it goes away in about 5 minutes anywayz

u shud be fine after 2 days if ur in a warm place i got mine done in the winter and after about 3 days i was fine, after 2 days u can clean them roll them down etc.

wtf? you never heard of being friends with a cop? all they have to do is write it off for you and give them $15 (here its $10) to pay the ticket.
