Two Words = GRAY MODEL = ILLEGAL. Its non warrantied stolen stuff. Since Apexi doesnt even give vendors direct (like us) that good of discounts which means that place gets shady stuff. Oh well have fun.

Happy that the ebay scam will die down soon. Too many people send us emails to do a refund even though they bought off ebay since we deal with apexi. I just tell them that no ebay Apexi products will be refundable due to gray market or BLACK market status.

1. Apexi sends units to the US in 20-40' containers with about 1k-5k units at a time.
2. Those containers get partially robbed of about 10-20% at times.
3. Those who rob sell these to others or put them on ebay for UNDER COST PRICING
4. Apexi tracks down the part numbers and doesnt warranty them
5. You get a "gray model" or "black market" product

Rep Power: 299 either way gray market or not apex is a good product, i have never heard of it failing on someone, i have because of bad installation, should last you 3-5 years at the least.

Thanks for whoring up this thread truehonda, Im not trying to advertize for ANYONE, im looking out for our members since our own vendors cant offer prices better than that. I dont know about you but to me 50$ savings (compared to your price, which is average) is a big savings.
