auto shift ****

i have a auto civic and wanted something a little better than the regular stock one. i found one that would look good in my car. i have cxi interior i dont know what that means but its black leather with white inserts and then it came with brushed aluminum plates in it by the ac and stuff. but this one would look good in it in my opinion and was wondering if anybody had any experience with it and how to install it???? http://www.stylinconcepts.com/part.c...6&CategoryID=1

I had it but didnt like it you can buy mine if you want. This is my new set-up...

Its really easy to install that **** too but for me it didnt stay still. It wobbled towards the top and the 3 screws that hold it in place kept loosening. Pissed me off so I went with the new set-up.

Since I have an auto I just took the center console off and slipped the boot in and forced the center console back on. The hard part was getting it to stick to the **** so I glued it...lol.

You take off you old one...2 screws on the side of the shift **** facing the stereo. Then slip the new one on with the selected rubber insert and screw in the 3 screws that come with the **** with the supplied allen wrench. And then your done but it looks kinda ugly because you still have the metal from underneath the shift **** exposed. Thats why I did the conversion with the boot.
