i am looking for some feedback on how you guys think the 04 coupes look with the honda aero lip kit? my coupe has 17" enkei rs6's with yokohama low profile tires, and has the eibach pro kit 1'' drop. I found the lip kit for $1100 on this site www.HandA-accessories.com. Its is color matched already and comes with mouting hardware. I want to know if this is a good price for genuine HFP parts considering the fact that my local honda dealer want to charge me $2800 installed.

You can get it for 811.6 + shipping from HandA because it's on clearance. That's the cheapest I've seen.

i like the kit. its subtle but sporty and its one of the only things you can add to your car that will actually add value to your car since its oem.

Do what you like. but if you want to change the appearance of the body you should just go with a full body kit. there are a lot of them out there, and the effect is much more dramatic.

^dunno what you 2 up their are talking about, the honda aero kit for civic coupe looks much better than most body kits out their on the market while maintaining the clean and simple look. and the honda aero kit DOES actually change the apperance of the car. any car enthusiast will notice it. i perfer lips over kit since its cheaper and add a little touch to your bumpers but if i had the cash for the aero kit, i'd definately go for it over aftermarket body kits.

i don't know, i kinda like full kits, 'cause i can swap in my old bumper for autoX and stuff w/o worrying i might chip the paint or scratch the bumpers.

Go with the kit, its worth the money. Its Poly-urithane thats why its so expensive very hard to break it. A lot better than fiber glass kits. Also, very easy to instal.

Don't look for 100% color match either. Especially if you have silver, Honda silver has 7 variant colors of tints and that metal and any kind of plastics don't hold the tints them same.

If you have fog lights installed prepair to do alittle tweaking to the OEM fog light to make the front fit with the lights.

I had alittle trouble with mine on the rear peice the double sided tape that it came with didn't stick too well so the corner on the rear doesn't fit flush. Easy to fix.

Other than those, kit looks great durable. Comes with good instructions on install and all hardware. I paid, 392 for both rocker, 243 for the rear and 229 for the front

You have to take side cutters and cut some of the plastic off of the back of the fog light. just alittle at a time til it fits. Now to install the OEM fog lights thats a bitch
