yea all the "JDM" i've seen has black involved.. looks similar to painting the borders and clearing them or leaving the amber piece on top and black borders..

JDM head lights are cleared with a yellow amber like its shown in the that pic.
people think JDM headlights are painted black. but for our cars this is not true. other models this is ture.
yes it would be cheaper to clear your headlights and put in a yellow amber.

Rep Power: 0 they are JDM, our cars as somebody else stated are just clear in japan with no lense. Waste of money when you basically have those on your car already. Just take out the lens from your other, and it is the EXACT same thing. You can call it USJDM! start a new fad.
