Headers?
Does anyone know the largest diameter header size available to us right now?
I'm trying to replace my DC's...they are really more for show than for performance but when I got them they were the largest available.

Me and a few others got our port work done from DH racing, but there are much better places. Another member sent his to KMS, while one more had it done at raceworks. You just have to find a shop nearby or send it in. The raceworks and kms looked good, and I've also heard exospeed does them as well.
If you make the ports too big like DH did, it could cause a loss of air velocity. Guns put the same head on his turbo vic and started to run richer. So that's not good.

we have a porting machine here at work, so I did mine myself. it cost me $10 (but I did this on time I wasn't on the books...)
I've seen other people have them done and it cost anywhere between $300-$800, depending on the difficulty of the job and, obviously, the layout of the engine. it is very pricey work but we have had no comments other than 100%
