New kind of CF hood?
Ok I ordered an OEM hood through my body shop and the wharehouse sent them a different hood. It's a more expensive hood but the guy at the shop today couldn't tell me what kind it was. He called the wharehouse and they insisted they had sent the OEM hood. Well anyway it looks sort of like a mix between a Monster hood and an Invader hood. In that it's got the vent in front like an invader hood, but it's got 2 vents that are split like the monster hood, but without the line indentation going down the middile like a monster hood. Can anyone tell me what kind of hood it is? Wish I had some pics

It's not the GT hood. I'm quite familiar with that one.
I'll definitely get alot of pics of it once it's on my car. Car is going in the shop next monday. Getting the side skirts fused on so it shouldn't take very long. They gotta fix some hail damage too though. And point the kit of course.

Actually I think this hood will add 50-70hp to my car.

Besides "LOL it's nothing knew you stupid bastard" whatever is quite nonproductive. Out of all the member's rides pics I've seen on this site, I've yet to see a picture of this hood installed. Some will say "because it's sucks, that's why" yet people have the invader hood installed with sharp angles and a 3 foot high vent in the front or some such. Bleh.

i can put some pics up if you really want to see it on a car, but i'm sure if you search you can find plenty. Plus my car has no IM or Exhaust Manifold at the moment so i'd have to push it out of the ol garage

Couldn't find ANYBODY with that hood on the site that has
pics up could you? I spent awhile going through everyone's
pics and I dind't find a single soul with that particular hood
on their car. Doing a search turned up nothing, either.

Rep Power: 0 Jesus...it seems like you're gonna go crazy if you don't find a picture. calm down dude. i think it'll be alright if you don't find a pic of that particular hood on a civic. i like the looks of it, but IMO, OEM is still the best.
